Job Description: D. E. Systems is looking for client support for its software platform, myConferenceSuite. myConferenceSuite is a cloud based application that provides registration, ecommerce and analytics for event organizers. The position would entail working directly with clients online on registration builds, assisting with administrative functions and troubleshooting client issues through our ticketing system. The following skillset/proficiencies would be an asset:

  • Bilingual-English/French
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Basic HTML is welcomed but not required.
  • Basic Understanding of Database Structure and logic-queries etc.
  • Familiarity with event technology software platforms in general.
Job Requirements: The following skillset/proficiencies would be required:

  • Understanding of the Events Industry
  • Bilingual
  • A post-secondary degree in Event Management or Computer Programming.
