Payment
Payment is due NET upon receipt of invoice for first time clients, and NET 30 for clients with established credit.

Cancellation
Beyond the agreed rental term, the equipment may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Title
Title to all equipment shall remain in the vendor’s name. All equipment rented by the customer is to be returned at the end of the rental period in the same condition in which it was received at the commencement of the rental term including, but not limited to all cabling, manuals, disks, and other accessories and attachments.

Buyout
It is possible to purchase rental equipment if the customer account is in good standing. Any payments made while renting will not be applied towards a purchase.

Insurance
All equipment rented is to be fully covered for loss and damage. The equipment shall be fully insured to replacement value by the customer for the benefit of the vendor from the date of delivery or pickup to the date of return. Should equipment not be fully insured, the client will be responsible for replacement of the equipment with the closest comparable model or product, subject to approval by the vendor. In the case of theft, rental will continue to be paid until the equipment is returned or paid for in full.

Software
Should any software be supplied with the equipment, the customer is bound by all applicable licenses and copyright laws.

Maintenance
Vendor will provide on-site hardware maintenance at no extra cost for the entire rental period. Maintenance to rental equipment whose problem was caused by software installed by the client will be subject to charges.

General
The agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province or State in which the client resides.

Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement. Any modifications or changes must be made in writing.
